The system (1) has guide rails along a center axle to form a guide way, and shading device (2) running between the rails. The rails are unequally placed at a distance from each other and from a tarp hoop (3). Shading units (4) include a guiding medium (5) for working together with the rails. A locking unit e.g. cable, arranged in the shading device and the rails, locks the shading device in an arbitrary position along the guide way.
