An organic electro-luminescent display, comprises a primary (12) and a secondary (28) substrate which are spaced apart from each other. A contact point is located on the inside of the primary substrate, and a thin film transistor is formed on the pixel regions. A primary electrode (16) structure is connected to the drain electrode (52), and a secondary electrode (20) structure is connected to the contact point. A primary electrode is located on the inside of the second substrate and an organic emission layer is located on it. A secondary electrode is connected to the primary structure. The active layer consists of polycrystalline silicon.
