<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the attachment or browsing of electronic tags by dealing with a plurality of electronic tags to be attached to the same place in a batch. <P>SOLUTION: Electronic tags are attached to an electronic document. A portion of the electronic tags is attached to the same place (S10). When a user instructs the grouping of the electronic tags (S12), location information related with the places to which those respective electronic tags are attached is acquired (S14). Then, the plurality of electronic tags whose attached places are the same are grouped as an electronic tag flux. As for display, the included electronic tags are overlapped in the order of attachment or update time for each electronic tag flux (S18).
