PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler allowing the removing work of internal walls to be unnecessary and permitting a reduction in processing costs by removing the internal walls that have been existed when manufacturing a tube 1 by extruding work. SOLUTION: In a cooler with an electronic component 6 held between adjacent tubes 1, the tube 1 is formed by bonding the edges of plates 1a, 1b1a, and 1b worked into predetermined shapes by press molding.
