PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature and humidity setting support technology for presenting predicted power consumption to a store/facility operator when the store/facility operator selects the operation pattern of air-conditioning equipment by simulating the power consumption required for the air-conditioning equipment and cooling equipment in a store/facility where the air-conditioning equipment and cooling equipment coexist. SOLUTION: This temperature and humidity setting support device 2 is provided with a simulation part 20 for simulating the power consumption; a user interface part 10 presenting a simulation result and receiving selection input for instructing the selection of one operation pattern, from the store/facility operator; and a setting part 18 for setting set temperature and humidity for every hour in the selected operation pattern to the air-conditioning equipment 3.
