PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless intercom system capable of enhancing security. SOLUTION: When a visitor operates an operation button outside a house, a CCD camera is validated to be remotely operated and a cellular phone E is called. When the cellular phone E operated at this state, the CCD camera picks up the visitor and an image pickup result of the CCD camera is stored in a memory. Thus, the security is enhanced since a person who goes out identifies a face of the visitor at a going out place by transferring the image pickup result to the cellular phone E.
