<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a seat belt retractor close to a seat while keeping the strength of a roll bar unit within the limited total length of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure for a vehicular seat belt comprises roll bars 5a, 5b arranged on a rear side of a seat and protecting an occupant; a cross bar 9 to which lower ends of the roll bars 5a, 5b are coupled; the roll bar unit 5 composed of side coupling members 5c, 5d for coupling lower surface side both ends of the cross bar 9 and a vehicle body member arranged under the cross bar 9; a roof member 3 selected to be in an development state that covers a vehicular interior and in a retracting state that does not cover the vehicular interior; a link mechanism 4 provided on sides of the roll bars 5a, 5b, and moving the roof member 3; a retracting portion for the roof member 3 formed behind the roll bars 5a, 5b; and a center coupling portion 5e coupling a lower surface side center portion of the cross bar 9 and the vehicle member arranged under a cross bar 9.
