<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic draining apparatus making no loud suction sound from between a liquid suction port and a liquid suction port opening/closing valve even when a liquid inflow quantity is small. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic draining apparatus is provided with a float 12 disposed in a liquid storage tank 2; a liquid suction nozzle 5 connected to a liquid suction operating source 7 and having the liquid suction port 6 opened into the liquid storage tank 2; the liquid suction port opening/closing valve 11 linked in operation with the float 12 to open the liquid suction port 6 following the upward displacement of the float 12 with the rise of liquid level height in the liquid storage tank 2 and to close the liquid suction port 6 following the downward displacement of the float 12 with the fall of liquid level height in the liquid storage tank 2; and a liquid quantitative feeding means 17 for storing inflow liquid W and automatically feeding every predetermined quantity into the liquid storage tank 2.
