PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer capable of stably obtaining high sound quality having no variation by an easy operation without raising cost by eliminating peak/dip on a frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: Concave portions (12A-12K) and convex portions (11A-11L) each having a substantially arcuate cross-sectional shape in a short direction are formed in a longitudinal direction alternately continuously on an approximate elliptic diaphragm (1). A ratioα=W/L of the length (W) of the short direction of an ellipse and that of the length (L) of the longitudinal direction of the ellipse to the concave portions (12A-12K) and convex portions (11A-11L) are each set at 1.0≤α.
