PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical technique capable of reducing unnecessary retest, and capable of measuring a concentration or an activity value of an objective component in a sample, in the high concentration/ high activity of sample having the concentration or activity value of the objective component exceeding a measuring limit of an analyzer. SOLUTION: This analyzer for measuring the concentration or activity value of the objective component in the sample, based on a time-serial data of measured values provided by measuring optically a liquid mixture mixed with the sample and one kind or more of reagents, has storage means 102 for storing a parameter containing one kind or more of coefficients in response to a chemical reaction in every objective component for determining a model of the time-serial data when the sample is normally analyzed, and containing one kind or more of coefficients in response to the concentration of the objective component in the sample, and a calculation means 106 for calculating a predicted measured value from the start of measurement to a prescribed lapse time, using one or more of the measured values actually measured and the parameter.
