PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit for a heat exchanger improving air cleaning performance. SOLUTION: This filter unit for the heat exchanger is formed by laminating a large number of filters 1 of corrugated fiberboard shape on one side, each formed by joining a flat liner 2 made of an air-moisture permeable material, and a corrugated plate 3 also made of an air-moisture permeable material, using an adhesive, so that the corrugation directions of the vertically adjacent filters are orthogonal to each other.
