PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing lubricating structure using grease only filled into a bearing to achieve a higher speed and a longer life. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing lubricating structure comprises a collecting means 6 for collecting mist which is generated during operating a rolling bearing being lubricated by grease filled in the bearing, and an aggregation feeding means 7. The aggregation feeding means 7 aggregates the mist collected by the collecting means 6 into an oily form using an air flow with the rotation of an inner ring 1 and then feeds it to raceway surfaces 1a, 2a. The collecting means 6 is constituted by a mist collecting part 8 and a tapered face 1b of the outer periphery of the inner ring 1. The aggregate feeding means 7 is constituted by an aggregate gap forming body 27 following the mist collecting part 8 and a stepped face 1c and an outer diameter face 1d of the inner ring 1.
