PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aesthetic compact joining part without substantially anything outside the joining part, for extremely easily performing joining work at a job site, by providing sufficient joining strength by a relatively easy and inexpensive joining structure, in the joining structure such as a column base for joining a column and a column and joining the column and a concrete member. SOLUTION: A plurality of sleeves 10 are fixed in advance by welding in a factory at an interval in the column peripheral direction in parallel to the column axis direction on an inside surface in a joining end part of an upper column 1 and a lower column 2 composed of a square steel pipe and a circular steel pipe of a closed cross-sectional steel frame. A lower part of deformed bar steel 11 is inserted into the lower sleeve 10, and is fixed by a grout material 12. The upper column 1 is suspended on the lower column 2. The upper column 1 is built up on the lower column 2 while inserting an upper part of the deformed bar steel 11 into the upper sleeve 10, and the upper sleeve 10 and the deformed bar steel 11 are fixed by filling the grout material 12 in the upper sleeve 10 or the lower part of the deformed bar steel 11 is temporarily fastened in the lower sleeve 10 by a positioning spacer, to be simultaneously grouted by the upper column and the lower column.
