PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the proper percentage of voids while enabling a quantitative mix-proportion design conforming to the conditions of a site work in porous concrete having a water permeability. SOLUTION: The quantity of initial unit cement, the quantity of a unit coarse aggregate and a polymer admixture are set in predetermined quantities, and the quantity of unit water is changed within a specified range, thus preparing a test piece. A first regression straight line, in which the mass of the test piece and a water-cement ratio are made to correspond, and a second regression straight line in which the water-cement ratio and a calculated mix-proportion density are made to correspond are obtained. The design of the mix proportion of porous concrete supposing a compacted state, in which the specified percentage of voids is obtained, is conducted on the basis of the water-cement ratio as an intersecting point on a graph obtained by drawing these two regression straight lines. A mixture acquired from a material based on the design of the mix proportion is laid and levelled by a finisher at a specified contact pressure, a compaction energy capable of ensuring the percentage of voids is introduced and a compaction is conducted.
