PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide form paper which can be easily turned over. SOLUTION: Perforations 18 serving as a cuttable line are formed on the form paper 5, and the paper 5 is divided into tierced paper pieces 6. Prescribed items are printed on the paper 5 by a printer before the paper 5 is divided. Subsequently, the paper 5 is divided into a paper piece 6A for a sales slip, a paper piece 6B for a statement of delivery, and a paper piece 6C for a receipt via the perforations 18, and the paper pieces 6A, 6B and 6C are each bound by category. A chemical-agent coated layer 15 is formed on a surface 5A (one side whereon a space 3 is provided) of the paper 5 in such a manner that a chemical agent for non-slip is applied to downside edge parts of the respective paper pieces 6A, 6B and 6C.
