PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm connective tool solving the problem that a scallop-harvesting fishing tool's arm, if swingable only vertically, may be caught on the bottom of the sea to cause breakage of the fishing tool. SOLUTION: This arm connective tool as a fishing implement for harvesting scallop has the following construction and mechanism: The inner side of a cylindrical casing for the connective tool is furnished with one or more guide rails in parallel in the axial direction, and a large opening is provided at the center of the rear face of the casing. A compressive coil spring accommodated via the large opening into the casing is threaded with the bent end of an arm, and the bent end is threaded through the small opening of a seat provided with guide rail grooves corresponding to the guide rails in contact with the other edge face of the compressive coil spring and tighteningly fixed unturnably relatively to the seat via a binding block. Thereby, the arm shaft is made springingly swingable by the aid of the stress of the compressive coil spring produced in response to a load applied via the seat from the arm on harvesting scallop.
