A shuttlecock includes a base head 20, a plurality of feathers 30 and two binding wires 40. Each of the feathers has a stem 31 defining a head section 34 and a tail section 33. The head section has an end fastened to the base head. The tail section is provided with a plurality of feather barbs 32. Two binding wires 40 are wound round the head sections of the stems of the feathers at different elevations. The tail section and head section of the stem of each of the feathers and the binding wires are respectively coated with a layer of bonding glue 50. |
