FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: a patient should perform a position of double-seat standing at a stabilograph's platform to be tested by a computer stabilograph to determine patient's body weight and average velocity of pressure center migration. Then one should calculate kinetic energy at maintaining vertical posture in position of double-seat standing by the following formula: Ek = (w x Vav2) : 2, where w - patient's body weight, kg; Vav - average velocity of pressure center migration, m/sec; Ek - kinetic energy, J; and at increased value of kinetic energy one should conclude upon decreased resistance and inefficiency of therapy, at decreased value of kinetic energy it is possible to state upon increased resistance and efficient therapy. The method enables to accurately evaluate patient's resistance and efficiency of the measures conducted on restoring vertical posture in patients. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation. ^ 2 ex, 3 tbl |
