PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle liquid while efficiently separating foreign matters from liquid such as grinding liquid, cleaning solvent such as sludge is mixed. SOLUTION: A machining pump 12 for supplying liquid to a working machine, a stirring pump 14 for stirring liquid in a tank 10, a plurality of stirring nozzles 16 to 19 connected to it, a disk 22 in which many magnets 92 are embedded in the disk surface, capable of adsorbing foreign matters, and an abrasive grain trap 30 for separating large foreign matters such as grinding wheel chips from liquid to be returned from the working machine are provided in the tank 10 for storing liquid to be returned from the working machine such as a grinding machine, a cleaning machine, etc., and in which foreign matters such as sludge are mixed. The disk 22 is so arranged as to be rotated by a motor 90 and that the approximately lower half may be immersed in the liquid. A scraper having the U-shaped section is so arranged as to surround a part of the outer peripheral surface including the column surface of the disk 22. A magnet roller 26 and a rubber-made squeezing roller 28 are arranged next to the disk 22. |
