FIELD: devices for performing heat-and-mass exchange processes; chemical, food-processing and other industries; performing absorption, rectification, dust-and-gas cleaning and grain drying processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed heat-and-mass exchange plate includes bed 1, overflow unit 2 mounted in front of it and provided with swirler with blades 3 whose upper parts are secured in plate bed, gas escape tube 4 and reflecting disk 5 located under overflow unit. Swirler of heat-and-mass exchange plate consists of vertical tangential blades whose inner surfaces are provided with horizontal plates; width of blades extends beyond point of contact of blade with inner diameter of swirler; vertical plate is located between plate bed and first underlying horizontal plate; false bottom is located above plate bed. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency at low hydraulic resistance in wide range of operational modes of plate. ^ 5 dwg |
