摘要 FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should detect salivary level of nitrites in neonatals to conclude upon NO content in saliva. At NO values on the 1st-2nd d of life being 0.66 ± 0.14 mcg/ml and NO at the age of 28 d being 1.43 ± 0.2 mcg/ml one should diagnose hypoxia of light degree, at NO value for the 1st-2nd d of life being 1.17 ± 0.26 mcg/ml and NO value at the age of 28 d being 2.0 ± 0.23 mcg/ml - hypoxia of average degree, at NO value for the 1st-2nd d of life being 1.9 ± 0.3 mcg/ml and NO value at the age of 28 d being 4.2 ± 0.8 mcg/ml -hypoxia of severe degree should be stated upon. The method is noninvasive and enables to carry out earlier diagnostics of severity degree of perinatal hypoxic CNS lesion in neonatals. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction. ^ 3 ex, 1 tbl
