The space receives coaxially mounted impingement plate and is provided with outlet passages. Between the diaphragm and space for discharging fluid is the space for deflagration of the diaphragm made of a trancated cone. The larger base of the trancated cone abuts against the diaphragm. The height of the cone is no less than 0.2 and no more than 0.4 of the diameter of the larger base. The space for discharging fluid is coaxial to the impingement plate. The output passages are positioned at the base of the impingement plate.
