FIELD: railway transport; block signaling. ^ SUBSTANCE: bases are secured on tie and jumpers and crossmembers are installed on bases in turn by means of posts and pins. Cylindrical pins have increased hardness zone. Stops, gussets, cover plates, eyes and bosses are also provided. Bosses are fitted on pins and posts, being secured on crossmembers and eyes. Ends of jumpers are secured in free ends of eyes. Gusset is installed and secured on base at one side of each stop mounted on base in longitudinal plane of tie square to stop. Cover plate is secured at other side on stop, and longitudinal slot is made to receive rectangular end of pin. Thickness of pin end is greater than and width is less than depth and width of rectangular slot of stop, respectively. Conical profiles are made in bosses and corresponding seats of posts and pins. Free ends of eyes are provided with bend in form of jumper profile. Zone of increased hardness of pin is place of change over from cylindrical part into rectangular part. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of checking of train derailment. ^ 4 dwg |
