The invention relates to an automatic winding device for an extendable tube. The inventive device comprises fixed panels (17, 19) which enclose an elastically-loaded dual rotating reel, with a first compartment for the aforementioned extendable tube (10), said tube containing an electric cable (11) and at least one fluid pipe (24), and a second compartment which is intended to house a concealed electric cable (12). The inner ends of the cables (11, 12) are electrically connected and fixed close to the rotation axle of the coil and an outer end of the cable (12) is fixed to one of the panels (17). The centre of the reel contains: at least one annular chamber (29) which is defined between a fixed part which is solidly connected to a panel (19) and a mobile part which is solidly connected to the reel, and sealing means (28) between said fixed and mobile parts. The aforementioned chamber (29) is connected to an outer tube (23) and to the flexible tube (24) by means of sleeves (34, 38). <IMAGE>
