FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical mill having hollow part with end teeth and guide member having wire and centering unit. The mill has stem part with central hole for receiving pin and two opposite rectangular holes for withdrawing saw cut in the upper part. Length of each hole is equal to 1/3 of hollow part length.
