Exercise equipment comprising a pedestal (1), sitting means (2, 12, 22) supported by the pedestal, and at least a couple of handle members standing on two opposite sides of said pedestal (1), for being gripped in correspondence to the top end (6) by a user arranged over the sitting means (2, 12, 22), characterized in that the pedestal (1) has a curved base for permitting its rocking around a substantially intermediate axis, orthogonal with respect to the opposite sides on which the handle members (3) are placed, and in that the handle members (3) consist of bar-shaped structures hinged to the pedestal (1) via respective ball joints (5). <IMAGE>
