FIELD: building, particularly for composite facing structure assemblage and connection to load-bearing building structure base and for facing structure reconstruction. ^ SUBSTANCE: fastening unit comprises dowel having the first end secured inside tubular member to be installed in heat-insulation material, which is arranged between facing panel and load-bearing base of building structure. Fastening unit is provided with clip and fastening member connected to dowel by fixing member. The dowel is provided with widened part to apply pressing action to heat-insulation material.
