FIELD: lighting engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing with head, optical member provided with two reflecting surfaces, light source with leads, transparent member that covers the input opening, power source, and switch. The light source is directed away from the outlet opening. The first of the reflecting surfaces is defined by rotating half-cubic parabola around the axis of symmetry that is in coincident with the optical axis of the emitter. The second reflecting surface embraces the first reflecting surface and is made of a part of the paraboloid trancated from the side of the top.
