FIELD: chemistry of organoelemental compounds, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes organosilicon compounds of the general formula (I): R1R2R3Si-R4-S-Zn-S-R4-SiR1R2R3 (I) wherein R1, R2 and R3 mean ethoxy-group; R4 represents CH2-CH2-CH2 or isobutylene, and their preparing also. Method involves interaction of mercapto-compound of the general formula (II): R1R2R3Si-R4-S-H (II) wherein R1, R2 and R3 mean ethoxy-group and R4 represents CH2-CH2-CH2 or isobutylene with zinc alcoholate in alcoholic solution at temperatures in the range from 20°C to 200°C, and their applying in rubber mixtures.
