<p>PURPOSE:To provide a microcomputer with built-in low voltage operation PROM utilizing a booster circuit capable of reducing a power-supply current to the same level for a microcomputer with built-in ROM even in a power supply current reducing mode. CONSTITUTION:This microcomputer has a booster circuit 3 for boosting a low power-supply voltage for driving the PROM by a clock and inputting the boosted voltage to the PROM, a flipflop(FF) 4 to the reset by a signal applied from a CPU and set up by an external trigger signal, a delay circuit 11 for delaying the output of the FF 4, a means for controlling whether a clock is to be inputted to the circuit 3 by the output of the FF 4 or not, and a means for controlling whether a clock is to be inputted to the CPU by the outputs of the FF 4 and the circuit 11 or not.</p> |
