FIELD: intensification of homogenization, emulsifying and dispersion processes of heterogeneous systems; food-processing, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus has housing with rotor and stator mounted inside it; working members are made in form of teeth. Housing of apparatus is divided into two sections by means of partitions provided with holes of different diameters. One partition is fitted on shaft to rotor base and is secured by means of key; second partition is located in center part of housing; its lower side is supported by bush fitted on shaft; at the top it is secured by means of nut. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; improved quality of mixture. ^ 1 dwg |
