The drivers seat (7) is arranged so it projects outward and above the edge of the skewing base and so ensures that the seat can swivel clear of the motor as the base turns round. The toolpost (37) projects beyond and above the base on which it is mounted to allow the toolpost to ride clear above the motor during a 360 degrees turn. The substructure rectangular frame (21) comprises front and rear (23R) frames plus a pair of left and right side frames and carries front and rear wheels plus motor (13) installing space. The motor (13) is on the substructure (4) and the skewing base (6) is placed below the upper ends of the front and rear wheels (2,3) so the motor is arranged between the front and rear wheels and the base thus lies below the top ends of the motor itself. |
