<p>A wire and wire harness order reception and production system capable of suppressing cost of the wire and a product using the wire and saving resources. The wire harness order reception and production system (1) includes a production control section (16), a wire production section (14), and a wire harness assembling section (15). The production control section (16) sends first order amount data (D1) satisfying the order reception data (D) to a resin production section (44), second order amount data (D2) to a core production section (45), and third order amount data (D3) to an agent-to-be-mixed production section (46). The production sections (44, 45, 46) produce necessary amounts of pellets, core, and the agent-to-be-mixed and convey them to a wire production section (14). The wire production section (14) mixes the pellets and the agent-to-be-mixed from the production sections (44, 45, 46) and extrudes the mixture to coat the core. The wire production section (14) conveys the produced wire to the wire harness assembling section (15). The wire harness assembling section assembles a wire harness.</p> |
