The device has an electronic interface controlling and adapting current or voltage provided by a battery (2) of a motor vehicle e.g. car, or a charged battery of a scooter or motorcycle, to a battery, to be charged, of another scooter or motorcycle (1). A selection button (4) allows a user to select among two battery selection modes. A pair of connecting cables is adapted to terminals of the battery to be charged. The battery of the scooter or motorcycle receives current or voltage from the battery of the motor vehicle, in one mode, and receives current or voltage from the charged battery of another scooter or motorcycle in the other mode.
