An H-shaped single plate structure has pegging holes for mounting anti-vibration pegs (2) to a bending plate (1). A rubber pad (3) is positioned to the front and rear ends of bending plate to provide soft contact to the ground via protruding bottom section. Each peg has two pointed ends with circular groove (24) adapted to engage the pegging hole when mounting the bending plate and air pump as a unit.
