The device has a transparent or non-transparent plastic material case (1) receiving a scale remover liquid and including an orifice (2) in which a valve (3) is inserted. An additional part (4) made of flexible material is adapted on the orifice (2) and allows a sealing of the orifice (2) using a compression seal (5) and two clamp collars (6, 7). A filler cap (9) ensures a closing of an orifice (8) which allows filling of the case.
