The device has a dilution system (18) in which air flow circulates with a constant flow and in which scented substance is injected. The system (18) opens into in a discharging nozzle (22). The substance is accumulated in liquid form, in a tank (32). A discharging unit (34) discharges predetermined quantity of scented substance in the tank, using discharge gas. The gas is air pumped from surrounding air volume. An independent claim is also included for a store window including several discharging devices.
