The bag has a pocket (3) with a bottom (10) opposite to an upper boundary. A handle (2) is in a form of an inverted U and has two wings (5) and a center part (4). End of each wing is joined to the boundary along a seam (6). One of the wings is split from the middle of the handle until the vicinity of the seam between the loop and boundary, to form an assembly, and the direction of the center part is orthogonal to that of the bottom.
