<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of effectively suppressing deterioration of an oxidant pole at the time of starting and effectively suppressing deterioration of polyelectrolyte film when generating electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The solid polymer fuel cell includes a solid polyelectrolyte film 10 having hydrogen permeability, an oxidant pole coating over one surface of the solid polyelectrolyte film 10, and oxidant gas separator 15 having an oxidant gas passageway 13 between the oxidant gas separator 13 and the oxidant pole 11. Further, it includes a fuel pole 13 coating over the other surface of the solid polyelectrolyte film 10 except one part, and a fuel cell gas separator 16 having a fuel gas passageway 14 between the fuel cell gas separator 16 and the fuel pole 12. Moreover, it includes a fuel pole non-catalyst passageway 17 formed to be isolated from the fuel pole 12 and the fuel gas passageway 14 along the part not coated with the fuel pole 12 of the solid polyelectrolyte film 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
