<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely synchronize a plurality of IC responders even when they are located close to each other. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 111 is provided with a resonance circuit including a coil 112 and a capacitance control resonance capacitor 113 whose capacitance is variably controlled to have a prescribed capacitance.
