摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glaring film having high scratch resistance and capable of displaying a sharp image. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-glaring film is constituted of a base material and the anti-glaring layer formed on the base material. The anti-glaring layer is constituted of a binder resin (I) and spherical resin particles (II) both of which contain inorganic particles (III) with a mean particle size of 100 nm or below. The binder resin (I) and the spherical resin particles (II) may be constituted of a composite resin wherein 1 wt.% or above of the inorganic particles (III) are dispersed in a crosslinking polymer. The mean particle size of the spherical resin particles (II) is 1-10 &mu;m and the mean particle size of the inorganic particles (III) is 0.005-0.5 &mu;m and the refractive index difference between the binder resin (I) and the spherical resin particles (II) may be 0-0.1.
