PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator controller of construction machinery capable of facilitating the loading and unloading of a control valve unit without removing pilot piping and, at the same time, compacting the treatment of the pilot piping. SOLUTION: The actuator controller of the construction machinery is constituted by providing a sideways connection port 37 opened sideways to cross with the moving direction of a spool 34B of a control valve 34 to an upper side hydraulic pilot section 35 of the control valve 34. Since a range of a valve casing 33 covered by the pilot piping 39 can be thereby reduced, when the control valve unit 32 is removed, the pilot piping 39 is removed from up and down hydraulic pilot sections 35 and 36, and the control valve unit 32 can be easily removed only by slightly moving the upper side pilot piping 39 from the upper side of the valve casing 33. It can be so compactly treated and settled that the pilot piping 39 is approximately fitted within a range of height dimension of the upper side hydraulic pilot section 35.
