PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a faucet, which is used for reducing labor when the faucet equipped with an extension part is mounted on a mounting part, and a regulating member. SOLUTION: The mounting structure A of the faucet 30 is used for mounting the faucet 30 with the extension parts (38, 35 and 36) on the mounting part (base part 10). The mounting part (base part 10) is equipped with an insertion hole 1c which allows the insertion of the extension parts (38, 35 and 36) in the state of maintaining a predetermined clearance when the faucet 30 is mounted.
