PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glareproof film having high glareproof property and scratching resistance. SOLUTION: In the film, composed of a glareproof layer containing at least a matrix resin 1 and a polymer domain 2 of 2-100μm for the average diameter, the glareproof film, in which the polymer domain 2 is positioned in the neighborhood of the surface of the glareproof layer and a surface side is formed as a non-flat face is prepared. The non-flat face of the polymer domain 2 may be of ruggedness structure of the average height of 0.01-1μm. The non-flat face of the polymer domain 2 forms projections projected from the surface of the glareproof layer, the average height of the projections may be 0.03-20μm, and the area ratio of the projections in a film surface may be 10-95% with respect to the whole surface. The glareproof film disperses the polymer domain 2 in the vicinity of the surface and a domain 3, which has an average diameter smaller than that of the domain 2 and is positioned at the lower part of the domain 2 inside the matrix resin.
