PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a smoking space suited for dividing a workplace into smoking and nonsmoking areas in a room. SOLUTION: A fixture comprises a partition 2 for dividing a partial space region in a building structure as a smoking space, a ventilator 3 for exhausting air in the smoking space while setting the smoking space divided by the partition 2 to negative pressure, and a deformable duct 4 that guides air exhausted by the ventilator 3 to an opening V that is provided at the building structure in advance.
