PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved heat efficiency during independent bath reheating operation in a gas water/space heater with two water pipes consisting of a hot water supply circuit water pipe and a heating circuit water pipe arranged in one canned heat exchanger for operation with three water pipes of hot water supply, heating and bath water, having a bath reheating operation system in which bath homeward hot water is heated indirectly with heating outward hot water heated. SOLUTION: In the heating circuit water pipe 13 in the heat exchanger 1 to be heated directly by a combustion burner 2, flow path switching means 61, 62 are provided on the way of the heating circuit or the bath circuit. During independent bath reheating operation, the heating circuit water pipe 13 in the heat exchanger 1 is connected to the bath circuit so that the bath homeward hot water can be heated in the heat exchanger 1 directly by the combustion burner, thus improving the heat efficiency during the independent bath reheating operation.
