PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room air conditioning system for efficiently transmitting heat or cold existing in an underfloor space to the side of a living room while reducing whole temperature irregularity to achieve a smaller temperature difference among rooms. SOLUTION: Air-conditioning or heating/cooling equipment 5 is used for heating/cooling the underfloor space 1. Cold/heat input portions 22 of heat pipes 21, 21 face the underfloor space 1 and cold/heat releasing portions 23 of the heat pipes 21, 21 face a living room space 8, and the heat or cold in the underfloor space 1 is used as a heat source for the cold/heat entering portions 22.
