PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device of a rider driving type agricultural machine having a driver's seat 6 provided movably in front/rear directions and provided on a traveling body 1 supported by a driving unit such as wheels and provided with a fender cover body 7 covering at least parts of the traveling body on both right and left sides and the rear side of the driver's seat, wherein even when the operation seat 6 is moved in the forward and backward direction, no clearance is formed between the back side of the driver's seat and the fender cover body 7. SOLUTION: A rear cover plate 32 is attached to the driver's seat 6, projecting from the lower surface of the driver's seat toward the rear.
