PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fitting of sliding shaft to a bearing to be easily carried out, fixed positively while being hardly released, enable the sliding shaft to be easily removed from any position when the sliding shaft is removed from the bearing, improve a touch feeling during a manual opening or closing operation for an opening/closing panel, provide a superior durability, space-saving and cost reduction. SOLUTION: A sliding mechanism comprises a flexible bearing 1 composed of two parallel fitting portions 11, 12 having the same size to each other, a narrow portion 13 communicating the two fitting portions 11, 12 and a resilient sliding shaft 2 fitted to either of the fitting portions 11 or 12 of the bearing 1 and capable of being slid and moved between the two fitting portions 11, 12 through the narrow portion 13.
