PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active stabilizer device for realizing offset from a stabilizer bar of an actuator driving shaft by simple and compact constitution and preventing generation of spring force at the time of an in-phase input. SOLUTION: In a vehicle, this stabilizer device is provided with an actuator for generating force applying torsion to the stabilizer bar. The device has each of the stabilizer bars for right wheel and for left wheel disposed on a substantially straight line and rotatably supported, the actuator constituted of a rotatably supported rotor and a rotatably supported stator, and a rotation transmission means for transmitting rotation of the rotor to one of the stabilizer bars for right wheel and for left wheel with a prescribed speed reduction ratio and transmitting rotation of the stator to the other of the stabilizer bars for right wheel and for left wheel with the prescribed speed reduction ratio.
